Good Overview
The author covers every topic of the subject that you could imagine. Adding in Her own experiences makes the advice she gives even more enjoyable. At first, I was so afraid to attempt astral projection, but after reading this book, I feel completely prepared!

Very descriptive.
Very descriptive. This guide remains thorough while managing to keep you entertained. It paints a beautiful picture for the inexperienced astral traveler. The only thing I thought could help would be to include a more journaled/ personal, trial and error log. Other than that, I consider this book a must-read on the topic of Astral Projection.

Annoying narration
I haven't actually listened to the entirety of the book, I only made it through the introduction. I just didn't connect with the narrator. He was a bit overexcited, which constantly pulled me out of the story. I felt like I was listening to a comedy podcast or a children's book - his intonation and upbeat style would be perfect for that kind of content. But I would prefer a more soothing, meditative narration for a book about astral projection. But that might be just my personal preference, of course. I guess the book is still worth giving it a try.

Very insightful

Monotonous.
Some good bits of information but lie someone else wrote it is like someone has just pieced this info together from the internet and read it. There is no soul to the book.
