This is a great combination of quotes, affirmations and mediation to give yourself a 30-day mental and emotional boost. The narration is calming. I love that the PDF of this audio is included, as I enjoy having a visual to go with affirmations. All in all, this was a lovely listen and a great tool to have added to my library.

I liked that the audiobook offered guided reflections, affirmations, and meditations for each day of the month. This quote hit home for me: "Believe you can, and you're halfway there." By listening to positive words daily, you can move towards a higher level of positive self-talk. It was good that you could listen to the audiobook in bite-sized chunks, thus helping you to habit-stack.

This is exactly the kind of affirmation/meditation audio I like. It's not just one thing. There are a mix of awesome tools used to bring calm to your whole being.

The inspiring quotes, the reflection/daily opportunity, the guided exercises in thought and breathing, and the repeated affirmations. Each day is packed with goodies.

I love how the meditations incorporate surroundings, like the warmth of the sun compassing you with comfort. Or thinking about something you're grateful for with each breath. It was really powerful.

If you're looking for a way to become more grounded, positive, encouraged and heck just smile a little more naturally ... get this book and go through the 30 day journey. You won't regret it.

I've wanted to fit meditation into my schedule for a long time now, but it's been hard knowing how to go about it and what to focus on.
