And with the lives of his family and friends in chaos, he's left with more questions than answers. Can he make their lives better? How can he be happy if the people around him aren't? It was different and although I thought it might be too far fetched it was sweet with good characters, a brilliant freebie by Audible and I’ll look out for more from this author

Unexpectedly good

I love the idea of magic in a real life setting so I was intrigued by the concept of the story. Have to say, I really enjoyed it. I listened in one day and stayed awake waaay beyond bedtime to reach the conclusion. The one thing I’d change, maybe, is to extend the ending to give a future-take, although the ending was absolutely as it should have been and felt right.
Thanks for this lovely gift, it’s amazing how many new authors I’ve found from ‘included in membership’ reads!

Spoiler Alert - don’t read in public. This seems a normal book at the start but soon you become engulfed in the story of the people of Madison and starting to think of what would you do. It pulls no punches!
