Treasure trove of insights
Just got through Anxious Attachment No More and, man, it really opened my eyes! This book gets into all the brainy stuff behind why we act all clingy or weird in relationships and makes it super easy to get. It’s like having a lightbulb moment when you finally figure out why you do the things you do when dating or with friends. The way the book explains things is like they’re talking right to you, not like some high-and-mighty expert, but more like a friend who gets it.
