A Romance that Surprises
As a dedicated reader of Historical Fiction, Thrillers & Fantasy, I rarely read a Romance Novel! Yet I absolutely loved this delightful story with a great dollop of mystery. The narration is faultless...every character with a distinctively interesting voice.
Loved spending time in a part of America I have not visited perfectly described by a masterful writer. Nora Roberts you have a new fan.

Terrific
A story of a woman recovering from a terrible event who lands up in a small town but witnesses something which people believe is a result of her traumatic past. A mix of thriller, mystery and romance it held my attention throughout. First rate narration.

Angels Fall by Nora Roberts.
Another wonderful story by the Queen of fiction. I just love Nora Roberts. Her talent is unbounded. And not forgetting all the fantastic narrators who read her books to us. Thankyou all for your talent also.

Disappointed
Started off well but not at all what I expected and far too long and meandering getting to the end.
Will not buy another book from this writer.

I really enjoyed this book. Narrative was done to perfection. Story gripping and you really didn't know until Reece did. Excellent!!

Good story, narrators a bit old?
the narrator did a good job, but she sounds like she's 40-50 and the character is like 26 so it ruined it for me. it just sounded wrong!? she also did an okay job at men's voices BUT the male protagonist didn't sound right for his personality. he's the broody type and that didn't come across. that's my only issue, I'd still recommend it as it's a good story. it was one of my favourites in my early 20s and I decided to try the audio version now that I'm in my 30s. I prefer the physical book!

Easy Listening (agree with a previous review)
I enjoyed this for what is was. A bit cringe at some points and some classic ‘chick lit’ aspects. By 2 thirds of the way through it became quite clear who the culprit was although the author (rather too obviously) tries to push the reader in another direction.
All that said though, I listened to the end and found it quite enjoyable for what it was. I may try another book by this author for a bit of holiday reading.
Don’t read this for anything life changing!
