Such a profound gift!

So kind of you to help me with this amazing audiobook. The information is fantastic and can really help me change how I think about how I think. I also got comfort knowing that I'm not alone in these troubling thought patterns.

The narrator was fantastic too, so easy to hear, and listen to.

It's wonderful at this time with all the chaos int he world to know that some happiness is possible. I'll share this with my friends.

Understand your emotions.

Who doesn't ask this question to yourself at least once a week. This book does an amazing job at explaining your emotions; and how to find solutions to all your problems. The narrator has a great voice and excellent pacing.

Great book on finding your mojo

This audiobook is chock-full of information. It starts with stress management and moves onto other topics that involve a bit of self-awareness and introspection. The author doesn't waste any time by adding fluff or filler. This audiobook is filled with actionable information. It forces you to ask yourself difficult questions that no one can or will do for you. Stress is a recurring theme in the book. It is mentioned in every chapter—topics such as cultivating a growth mindset resonated with me. For sections about weighing your options was an eye-opener. It discusses why people don't realize their dreams and don't plan for the inevitable roadblocks that life throws at you. Developing contingencies is highlighted through the use of if/then plans. My favorite section is seizing the day because this is where your hard work pays off. Once you lay a strong foundation, everything else falls into place. If you are looking for a self-help book that cuts out the fluff and gets to the point, this one is worth your time and money. Buy it now!

A true gem!

This book changed my way of thinking and nearly changed my life. I felt that I was slowly losing control over my emotions, which has been an alarming situation. This book has been very inspiring with sophisticated information, which gradually helped me overcome my anxiety or mental stress. Sometimes we hesitate to share the sensitive information in our lives with anyone else yet desperately need some help with the situation. I would say that this audiobook will be a great help to you in such times. I was finally able to understand myself and find solutions to my problems thanks to this book. I won't hesitate to ask you to purchase this reference and make a change in your lives too!

Great listen

I really enjoyed listening to this. Sometimes I feel like I’m stressed and feel like I’m the only one feeling like this, as everyone seems to be happy. I love how the author makes us feel it’s completely normal to feel this, and tips on how we can improve our emotion.
I must add, I would’ve preferred if the author attached a PDF as I enjoy reading along whilst listening to the narration.

Stress be gone!

This book is a great reminder and inspiration to keep stress and anxiety at a minimum. The author goes into detail about why this is important and also talks about ways to help make it happen. A lot of the practices have to deal with mindset and our personal outlook. The book has helped reinforced these habits I plan on implementing. We are a working progress and this book understands that!

No Nonsense Stress Buster!

All the turmoil in the world coupled with instability of jobs had me going through a rough patch lately. A family friend recommended this book to me and I am glad I took his advice and picked it up. What I liked about this book is it feels like the author literally grabs you by both hands and makes you do all the right things so you pull yourself together and start taking steps for your betterment immediately. It shows the author Daniel P O'Hern has put in a lot of effort in the book as the chapters are laid out in a sensible manner and almost every advice is preceded by a quote of a famous person. What instantly connected with me was, "It takes very little to be happy. It is all in how we feel. So why be unhappy?" And "You are not created to be the worst you can be. You are designed to be the best you can be!" Plan, Prepare & Attack! It is all in you. You can do it. Absolutely amazing. The narration of Jason Belvill is superb. Highly recommended for anyone feeling low & lost in these times of stress.

Fascinating!

I was curious as I looked at the cover, and I'm glad I followed my intuition. I learned that there are various stresses (financial stresses, separation stress and others), and how to react to find solutions. Do exercise. Meditate. Set goals for yourself. Well, I liked it, and I recommend it.

Consoling

Well it's nice to know you're not the only one going through life having the feelings you're having. This book is a good start to getting a grip on things like depression and anxiety.
