Have you tried all the "proven" ADHD strategies for adults and still feel like you're falling behind?
Does every planner, system, or ADHD workbook promise life-changing results—yet somehow, they never work for you?

Clear, Relatable, and Helpful
What I loved most about this book was its realistic, non-judgmental approach. So many ADHD books make it seem like you just need to “try harder” or follow rigid steps. This one acknowledges the struggle and provides flexible, adaptable strategies. Harper’s writing is engaging, and DuBois’ narration makes the content easy to digest. I walked away feeling empowered, not discouraged—definitely worth the listen!

Great Advice, But a Bit Repetitive
This audiobook provides excellent insights into ADHD, especially for those who are newly diagnosed or struggling to find effective strategies. Harper does a great job of emphasizing flexibility, which I appreciated. However, I found some sections a bit repetitive—certain concepts were explained multiple times in slightly different ways. Still, the overall message is fantastic, and the narration is engaging. A solid 4-star listen!

Good, But Not Groundbreaking
I enjoyed this book a lot, and it’s one of the better ADHD guides I’ve come across. The emphasis on flexibility and personalization was refreshing. However, some of the strategies were things I had heard before in other ADHD books. That said, the way they were explained made them easier to apply, so I still got a lot out of it. The narration was also excellent!

Finally, an ADHD Book That Gets It!
I’ve read countless books on ADHD, but this one stands out. Amy Harper doesn’t just repeat the same old strategies—she understands that what works for one person might not work for another. I love how she breaks things down in a way that actually makes sense for ADHD minds. The chapter on emotional regulation was a game-changer for me. And Marissa DuBois’ narration? Absolutely engaging and easy to follow. If you’ve ever felt like ADHD advice wasn’t made for you, this book is a must-listen!

Best ADHD Book Yet!
I’ve struggled for years with ADHD strategies that never seemed to stick. This book explains why that happens and gives you tools to build something that actually works for you. The section on emotional regulation was a lifesaver—I never realized how much rejection sensitivity was affecting my relationships. Amy Harper’s approach is compassionate, realistic, and empowering. Highly recommend for anyone tired of one-size-fits-all ADHD advice.

A Must-Have for ADHD
I’ve spent years jumping from planner to planner, hoping one would stick. This book finally helped me understand why those systems fail me and how to build ones that actually work. The tips on task initiation and time blindness were incredibly helpful, and I feel like I finally have permission to stop forcing myself into systems that don’t fit. Marissa DuBois’ narration makes it even more enjoyable—I felt like I was having a conversation with a supportive friend.

Best ADHD Book I’ve Found
I picked this up hoping for a few time-management tips, but it gave me so much more. Harper explores relationships, emotions, and self-acceptance in a way that’s deeply validating. The discussion on ADHD and communication was particularly insightful—I hadn’t realized how much my ADHD was affecting my interactions. I feel more confident navigating work and personal relationships now. An absolute must-listen!

Relatable and Insightful
I've read so many books on ADHD, but this one actually gets how my brain works. Amy Harper doesn't just throw generic advice at you—she helps you find what actually works for your unique brain. The examples and explanations felt personal, and the narration by Marissa DuBois made it even more engaging. If you've struggled with ADHD books that feel too rigid, this is the one you need. Highly recommend!

Helpful, But Lacking Depth
This book is incredibly helpful and easy to listen to. The advice is practical, and I loved how it focuses on finding personalized strategies. My only complaint is that I wish it went into even more depth on ADHD in relationships—I wanted more examples and solutions. Still, a fantastic resource for anyone looking to understand and manage their ADHD better.
