I liked the idea of the story. I thought the ending was a bit rushed. The narration was not the best. Mispronounced words, the men’s voices were all the same and in a weird clipped tone that made them all unlikable. Will see if same narrator before trying book 2

Story was good, but

Honestly, I really struggled to stay in this story. Whoever edited this did a really poor job as the same phrases are repeated over and over and over again. The narrator is also very ‘try hard’ and I can’t help but think they are getting the inflections and tone wrong a lot of the time.

Irritating use of vocabulary and annoying narrator

The storyline was good but sadly the narrator didn't do it justice. The male voices were made to sound like "drongs". Robotic, deep and monotone

A decent story spoilt by poor narrator. I was left feeling disappointed that the story lack mood and emotion due to mainly flat narration.

I enjoyed the story but was irritated by the odd pronunciation of the narrator. 'see-oo-ee-side' being a particularly grating, and often mentioned, example. It ended so abruptly, as if the author didn't quite know how to finish it so merely stopped writing ...

I thought the story was quite good but I really dislikes most of the characters. Many higher-ups were just so over the top and needlessly obtuse and rude.

I quite liked the narrator but she does have a very distinctive pronunciation of suicide which can get a bit annoying after a while.

I would consider reading another if the personalities of other people was less panto
