Good tips but too religious
I’m a big fan of BGs commitment to activities and his ideas for going about thing so I thought I’d like this more than I have. Bible passages and what seems close to preaching in the book are not comfortable with me and I had to stop listening on occasion as it got too much. Apart from this the ideas and short chapters were concise.
On a different note the reader seems to be an impersonator as he sounds exactly like BG.

A kick up the backside we all need in life!
If you could sum up A Survival Guide for Life in three words, what would they be?
inspirational, uplifting, driven
What was one of the most memorable moments of A Survival Guide for Life?
Can't pin it down to one - the stories Bear has to tell of his life experiences, Everest, the last sip of water in the desert and many more!
What does Tom Patrick Stephens bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
A balanced, calm but firm voice, who portrayed the essence of the book perfectly.
If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
If you want it, go out into the world and get it! Don't give up!
Any additional comments?
Bear offers guidance, insight into his mind-set, experiences (which he generally wants to pass on to others), passion, drive, a reality check to the sometimes harsh experiences we face in life. Most of all though, this book gives you a kick up the backside to get off the sofa and get out there and live life to the full!

Mindful
Enjoyed overall- Encourages mindfulness and reflection (which isn’t a bad thing)!
Found narration a little slow and story a bit repetitive in its content at times, but I’m sure that’s more of a preference thing from me.
Worth a listen!
