What harm can one small lie do?

Forced to give up her career as a dentist, and still unemployed a year later, Valentina Knight has finally run out of options. Sadly it took too long to get started with too many dentist lessons. The story had too many subplots and was over complicated and consequently unrealistic. English accent needs working on.
