I love this series excellent story line with wonderful characters. considering the story line you would think there'd be many laughs but you'd be wrong. hoping there's more to sane and megs story 🙏.

The perfect mix of suspense, action, and genuine relationships. Characters are so well written that you actually care what happens and feel such a rush of emotions as things happen. I caught myself shouting out loud in support a couple of times during the 'action' parts - something I don't generally do with audio books, lol. The disgusting action of males is always hard to listen to but the way the author manages to add 'verbal hugs' into her writing following those difficult parts - it makes all the difference in being able to carry on and enjoy the rest of the story and outcome.

I definitely didn't see or even suspect one thing that came to light and had the unusual pleasure of discovering it along with Sanna, feeling that same shock and confusion. Made for a nice change to the usual obviousness of most writers.

The narration is in a league of its own and just superb quality from a gifted storyteller. The difference in vocal tones and accents really brought the story to life.

I’m sorry this one is finished, I was gripped. I’ve come to love the characters in this series and hope there is more to come for Sanne and Meg. I love the stories and the genuine atmosphere created by the narrator. More please!

A story that would challenge any TV show in a similar genre - someone needs to pick up this author and dramatize her incredible stories - even more so as there is a series of them.

Definitely add this to your wish list ! In fact forget it....just buy it or download it...

The story is encapsulating, well structured and easily followed with enough complexity to keep the listener engaged and the narration is the best I have heard on audible to date - just brilliant...!

Cari writes for everyone and her works are excellent...!

All 3 of the books in this series are absolutely brilliant. Edge of the seat, keep you guessing murders with sweet (but not cloying) romance are a winning combination.

All the books in this series have dealt with difficult topics but, running through them all has been a cast of wonderful characters. No spoilers from me. I just like to express my feelings for the writing and narration of of this lovely group. Would love more of them,but if that's my lot, so be it and thanks to all concerned in their production.
