About this listen
A Prequel to In Pursuit of Justice. Michael Lassiter, a theoretical design executive, is about to wage war on the corporate battlefield as she fights to maintain control of her company in the midst of divorce. She hires JT Sloan, an Internet security consultant, to protect her most important asset - her dreams and visions, which are suddenly vulnerable within the corporate computer system. Sloan, a brilliant cybersleuth who steadfastly avoids emotional commitments, shares a painful, secret past with her associate and friend, Jason McBride. Sarah Martin, a gentle practitioner of eastern medicine, searches for a way to heal a damaged soul. These four very different individuals, each wounded by personal betrayal, find their lives becoming ever more inextricably bound as they struggle to trust, and to love, again.
©2003 Radclyffe (P)2014 Audible, Inc.Would you consider the audio edition of A Matter of Trust to be better than the print version?
never read the print versionWhat other book might you compare A Matter of Trust to, and why?
It comes close to the Honor series but this is only the first book in the series so who knows if it will get better or not. Both series has similar circumstances than bring each women together and in the end the same resultsWhat about Betsy Zajko’s performance did you like?
I really liked her voice and her emotions between the two women. Great performance!!!Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I was smiling a lot so although there were times when I really felt it for JT fighting her demons and straining to stay away from a woman knows nothing about being with another woman.Any additional comments?
i really do love Radclyffe's books, i find all of them to be quite ravishing an exciting.never disappoint

Any additional comments?
I stuck it for an hour and a half. Then I relented and eventually gave up at 3 hours 4mins and 14 secs with 4 hours or so to go. The story had not moved on AT ALL. That 3 hours plus was filled with character introductions - for 3 characters with a few other place holders and narrative movers thrown in. So roughly an hour for each main character - we should know them very well. Not so. All we get is vague generalized comments repeated in a slightly different way with no back history or insight. This is one I am returning.still waiting for it to get vaguely engaging
