What would have made A Hero of France better?
This book has absolutely no story. I enjoy books on the French Resistance but even I was willing myself not to resist giving this load of nonsense up. There is absolutely no plot whatsoever from start to finish. After 6 hours I could take no more, even with just an hour to go. It is a dreadful audible read. Avoid. What was most disappointing about Alan Furst’s story?
Their was no plot whatsoever. Nothing happened.Did Peter Noble do a good job differentiating each of the characters? How?
Reader was fine. Far too many characters not actually doing anything. What character would you cut from A Hero of France?
My mind was a haze with a soup of forgettable " characters ".Any additional comments?
Wake me up.Dreadful !
