Not sure where feminism comes into this other than explaining how medical professionals have been failing women for decades when it comes to diagnosis. A large section about masking, and then when it comes to listing advice it's tantamount to "just be more organised" - leading to potential for further masking. No advice for ADHDers, just general advice for NT people which does not work for ADHDers and could lead them to feeling even more like a failure, completely missing how ADHD brains work and how to actually leverage the ADHD brain to build motivation and productivity. Sometimes you have to lean into the hyper focus and 'taking regular breaks' is easy for someone NT to do but for an ADHDer it can throw them off task entirely. There's plenty of advantages to ADHD but there was the tiniest mention of it. Feels like the typical condescending lecture from a doctor who doesn't have a clue.

Misleading at best and dangerous at worst
