So much hope!!

Menopause is a difficult time in a woman's life. For me it has been a very LONG journey - more than 10 years. Will it ever end? This book has given me tremendous hope and hours of comfort. I can turn this on ad feel like the book is the voice of a dear friend who understands what I am going through. I am sure my friends are tired of my struggle (their menopause was much faster). Thanks for understanding my pain and giving me peace through these meditations, affirmations, and advice throughout. Highly recommend.

Love this bundle!

This audiobook is a really helpful three-part series. The first part covers a lot of the menopause experience, including the emotional and physical rollercoaster many of us go through. The second and third are affirmations and meditations that I found helpful to get me through some of the tough symptoms and also inspire me. I’m choosing to look at this as a new chapter in my life, full of possibilities. This book is a comprehensive guide for black women to thrive during menopause and beyond.
