I enjoyed the easy exercises I could dip in and out of as needed. I listened to this on my phone so if I felt anxious or overwhelmed I could quickly use these little exercises, anywhere, to ground myself. My favourites were 'Face It' and 'Body Anchor.' The narrator has a peaceful soothing voice and the author, Dr. Gabriel Constans, is well respected and has a long experience in helping with stress, anxiety, insomnia, bereavement. This book is helpful and healing and I use it every day. I would recommend it to anyone needing a little support, it is excellent.
