I loved this!

This book is great! I liked that the meditations were short so you can easily fit them into your everyday and follow the 21 day guide. I like that there are meditations with and without music, sometimes the music can be distracting so I liked having this option! And I really enjoyed the journal prompts!

I listen to this before bed!

I really enjoyed this book! I listened to 5-10 minutes before bed, with calming meditation and soft music,
It has been so helpful for my sleep. It’s all you need—no need to scroll through Instagram reels. Calming your body and mind leads to better sleep, and this audiobook makes it so simple. It’s a supportive guide for a better night’s rest, leading to a better quality of your day! You could do it in the morning, too. That gives you the positivity to start your day.

Love This!!

This has been very eye-opening and helpful for me. It is something I can do daily every morning or evening. For each day you get an affirmation, a meditation and a prompt for writing about a limiting belief that you want to release, and what you want to replace that belief with. I have been able to recognize some things that have been blocking me until now. I think the doing my meditations like this are very valuable and helping me shift my perspective and I am more excited than ever to keep moving forward in my life everyday.
