A comprehensive guide for balanced living

There is a science behind Yoga. and this guide takes the ambitious step to spell that out in a few succinct chapters. Helping My Friend to Stay Active

Got this book for an older friend who was struggling to stay active, and it’s been a big help for her/us. The instructions are easy to follow, and she loves that the movements feel safe and doable. Finding Movement and Peace in Later Years

My grandma used to love moving. But as she got older, it became harder. I wished there were easy ways for her to stay active. The Book felt like it could help people like her. It talked about exercises that are safe and gentle. It said these exercises could help with balance and energy. I wanted to learn how to keep my body strong as I age.

This book made me think of my own body. I sometimes feel stiff and tired. I remembered how my grandma struggled with balance. I now try some of the chair yoga moves while I listen. I feel a little better after. I want to keep moving. I hope to stay strong and healthy. This book shows me that it is possible.

gentle but fun & effective!

Simple Exercises That Make a Difference

Lately, I have started noticing the little things—feeling stiff in the mornings, losing balance more often, and just not having the same energy I used to.
