Actually Helped Me Unwind

I bought this hoping it might help with sleep and staying motivated to eat better—and it surprised me. The sessions are calming, and I started looking forward to listening before bed. I’m not saying it fixed everything overnight, but I’ve been sleeping more soundly and feeling more in control of my choices during the day. I also like that it’s made just for women—it felt more personal that way. If you’re open to hypnosis, this worked well for me.

Weight Loss While I Sleep? Count Me In!

My favorite weight loss method! Hypnosis while I sleep. Love this concept, and why not? Just listen, relax, and let the sessions do their thing. I've tried other hypnosis programs, but I like that this one is geared toward women specifically. The female archetype concept is interesting as I haven't seen that in any other hypnosis programs. This audiobook seems very empowering for women and not just about weight loss. Something unexpected that was a nice bonus for me was that I slept better too! I would definitely recommend this to any woman trying to lose weight. You really don't have anything to lose as you can literally do it in your sleep. Thank you Andrew Green!

Calming and Supportive

I really enjoyed this book. the idea of hypnosis for weight loss as well as sleeping better is something both my wife and i need. the author was not only very knowledgeable on the subject but narrated the book himself and did an excellent job
