This is an uplifting story a
bout getting a second chance with those crushes we all had at school. it was very cute but trying to get the bit of suspense in through the police/gang link was a bit awkward. it either needed to be further ecplored and shaped out properly or dropped.

This book was filled with romance, comedy, and drama. It was a bit of a tear jerker at times, being somewhat reminiscent of a Nicholas Sparks novel, which is of course the highest praise. It was a modern romance, detailing encounters, so more of an adult book. I hope to hear/read more J.Sterling books. The narrators were also great adding to the quality of the story.

Working through J. Sterling’s books and enjoyed the story line of this. Wish there was a bit more meat at the end to tie things together but overall enjoyable listen.

It ended lovely but to be honest, I didn't listen to the while thing as I don't do time jumping novels, not just new but old ones too like Stephen King, it's one of the reasons I stopped but his books. So don't feel bad

Ticks every listener box in my opinion.
Interesting characters and storyline. Drama and plot twists. Romance and passion, but not overdone. Well narrated and not overly short or long. Just right.

the story is predictable. The lead woman is horrible drama queen who exaggerated nearly everything and was extremely vining and woman narrator's voice was really annoying while the main character exaggerated everything
