Summary

都内のアパレルメーカーに勤務する鈴倉茉菜。茉菜は取引先に勤める穂高にしつこく言い寄られ悩んでいた。ある日、茉菜が帰宅しようとすると家の前で穂高に待ち伏せをされていた。茉菜の静止する声も聞かず、家の中に入ってこようとする穂高。

その時、二人の前にある男が現れる。男は茉菜の夫を名乗り、穂高を追い返す。男は茉菜の夫・和希に間違いなかった。しかし、茉菜が安堵することはなかった。なぜなら、和希はかつて茉菜が崖から突き落とし、殺したはずだったからだ。

戸惑う茉菜をよそに、和希は茉菜の家に上がり込む。改めて話を聞いてみると、和希は過去の記憶を一部なくしており、茉菜と一緒に暮らしたいという。茉菜は渋々それを受け入れる。

かつての和希はとても暴力的な人間だったが、いざ暮らしはじめると、暴力的な影は一切見られず、平穏な日々が過ぎていった。
