I’m going through the whole series of Heathens ink and the spin off Inked again. This is the first from Inked, that in timeline happens after book 4 of Heathen’s ink. So if you really want them in cronological order make this your fifth book.

I just love it. It’s sweet and a bit angsty, from both MC’s sides, but for totally different reasons.
Kenneth make a great narration as always!

Unraveled is the first book in the Inked series, a spinoff of the Heathens Ink series. I suggest reading books 1 – 4 of the Heathens Ink series first, but this book can also be read as a standalone.

This was a sweet story about two best friends and roommates who discover that their feelings for each other go beyond the platonic. Max is a wonderful father who is willing to make the hard choices necessary to put his daughter first. I enjoyed the romance between Max and Clay, but some of the plot points were a little off. For example, the custody arrangement and family court case were not accurate, but I can see how the inaccuracy were necessary for the plot. However, K.M. Neuhold is a great writer, and I did find the book overall enjoyable.

K.M. Neuhold has done it again with this addition to the series and with Kenneth Obi narrating it was an absolute winner. I look forward to the next book in this series as they just get better and better!

Brilliant series

The plot was promising, and sounded exciting and original, but since 80% of the story was about questioning himself if he's bi or not instead of their attraction, sexy moments of heated tension between them while realizing their feelings, and how they developed their bondage relationship... it was boring and awfully repetitive.
not terrible, but also not a good book.

the narrator was also a medium ok, starts bad but around half of the story, he gets better.
