Summary

When she told me Sons of Anarchy was her favorite show, I knew I was in trouble. When she said I'm what Jax would look like if he didn't die, I knew I was screwed. I was her fantasy man...all grown up. But I'm no pretty boy acting in a show.

This is real life sweetheart. It's ugly. It's raw. Unscripted.

Meat, a.k.a. Roger, spent his life protecting the secrets of his motorcycle club while being a bodyguard to the princess who grew up in its shadow. But when she finds her king and her happy ending, Roger rides alone.

Devon walks into his bar looking for a job. But, one look at the tatted, silver fox and she knows she's found her man.

But Meat wants nothing to do with a girl half his age. He calls her jailbait. She calls him her dream man. Sometimes the best things are unplanned. They are Unscripted.

Authors Note: This is a stand-alone spinoff full-length novel from Duke, the second book of the CREED MC Series.

Gray Fox!

Sexy older man wants the hot younger woman. The one thing that got me was 11 inches, OMG. This was such a battle of wills between the Roger and Devon. Roger believe that he doesn't deserved to be happy and Devon afraid of what her parentage will do to her relationship with Roger. I liked this story better than the first one. Can't wait for book 3.

UnScripted

I enjoyed the fun story line. Devon was defiantly a sassy character and was sticking to her values. I like that she went along to an extent of him being in charge, but still asserted herself as being able to make her own decisions. I liked that she was not afraid to go after what she wanted, weather it was answers or Roger. Roger was his own unique character. The ex club member biker with a heart of gold. I accidentally listened to this before Duke now I can't wait to listen to it. Rodney Falcon does a nice job with the narration. But some of his characters voices made me loose track of who was talking. I am not a huge fan of his Devon's voice either. I know being a man it is super tough trying to do a woman's voice and do it well. Expecially when you have a such a manley voice. Overall all though he did a nice job.

Yowsa that was hot!

I can’t get enough of these hot biker alpha guys. I love the dynamic between the characters and how they grow in front of you. Rodney really brings these guys to life. Great job.

Characters could have been better

Disclaimer: This audiobook was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review. I came to love the MC universe quite a bit but this book was a disappointment as compared to it's predecessor. The character developments felt forced, things only seem to be triggered by catalysts when it seems necessary, otherwise it's a standstill. Not a fan of the female characters as well, as usual they behave oddly, and this character was even less likable than the previous book's. I do like the male characters a lot more, even the side characters were more interesting than the main female character, especially Roger/Meat. I think he is a much fuller character and I like his backstory. It's unfortunate that this book feels like it's barely touching the surface of the characters' emotions and personalities when there could be so much more. The narration by Rodney Falcon is done wonderfully once again, capturing the gruffness of the MC members very well. Wonderful performance that brought life into the characters.

Lost for words

This one the chemistry was scorchingly hot, this was also an age gap romance done really well. The female main character was not a silly 18 year old girl she was an adult and fully capable of deciding what she both wanted and needed. Rodney was definitely the perfect narrator for this his voices were spot on and I can’t wait for more from both the author and the narrator.

The "Old" man finds his young love

This is book 2 in the series Creed MC and we continue with Roger aka Meat running the bar that Shanna and Duke owned. Roger has never found his one true love but when Devon rolls into town looking for a summer job he has met his match. There is something about her but he can't quite put his finger on what that is.

Devon was adopted and had loving parents. When she discovers who her birth mother and father were she goes in search of answers. It takes her right into the middle of the members of Creed MC and into Roger's arms. Can she keep her identity a secret or risk it all to tell the truth?

I really enjoyed this book. The story was good and Rodney Falcon did a great job narrating it. I look forward to listening to book 3. I received a free code to listen and give my honest opinion. I recommend this book.

Chemistry and Secrets

The story can be listened to as a standalone even though it is the second in the series; there are some hints to the first book as well secondary characters we will already recognize, but it is nothing that changes our understanding of Devon and Rog's relationship. The author does an amazing job of writing characters that have amazingly magnetic chemistry but are also imperfect. There is some drama and devastating secrets that our main characters must overcome to be together. Very well written addition to the series, I loved it!

This narrator does an amazing job of bringing out the chemistry between the characters. This narrator gave another amazing performance in a role he plays particularly well. Love his voice!

I couldn’t stop listening

I love this book. I couldn’t go to sleep until I finished it. Older man with younger woman. This is the second book to “Duke” no cliffhangers in either one. Next in the series is “Undone” and I can’t wait!! I love all the Characters and of course Rodney Falcon is great, he plays the perfect biker. I definitely recommend these books.
