Summary
Everyone wants to give in to temptation, but no one wants to pay the price.
I was a child when my father surrendered me to the Temple of All Gods. No one gave me a choice. No one even bothered to explain. I was simply tossed aside, unwanted.
That was the day the God of Temptation claimed me as his.
Now, I'm studying how to become the perfect priestess. Life in the temple means embracing my emotions and learning to harness each type of desire. Power, fear, lust, and rage are the most common, but not the only ones. Each has a power. Each has its place. I just have to figure out which kind of priestess I'll become.
Before I decide, I have questions, yet no one seems willing to give me answers. My only option is to leave it in my god's hands. This won't be easy, and my instructors think I'm a fool, but Temptation has been listening. Asking. Offering it all.
In exchange, he intends to use me.
I have demands. The priest and priestess who took me in have become my family. The guys? They taught me to love. How am I supposed to give this up? Why should I? Not even a god can make me walk away from them! All I have to do is stand my ground.
In this temple, there's always a temptation. The question is if I'm stubborn enough to resist...or brave enough to pay a god's price.
The Path of Temptation series features a strong woman and the men who love her. It's intended for a mature audience due to graphic language, adult situations, and potentially triggering violence.

Superb World-Building
Brilliantly written epic fantasy with strong believable and fascinating characters. The world is constructed meticulously and the author draws you in as you learn about her world alongside her characters.
The narrators do a really good job and really help engage you with the story.
I loved this series when it came out as an e-book, but the studio version definitely enhances it.

Epic Romance Fantasy
A slow-burn reverse harem fantasy in a typical Auryn Hadley fashion. Her world building is amazing and the narrators do a great job with the voices.
And you know what you'll be listening to for the next 110ish hours as you work through this epic story following Nari and her guys as well as mixing in the god Zeal. There are characters, side characters with their own personalities, stories, and plots. A great backstory and everything else. It is a bit slow moving in the first book, but it gets better and better. I definitely recommend it, especially if you've enjoyed other books by Auryn Hadley.

Great story & great narration
This is one of my favourite series by Auryn Hadley, and I was delighted when it was announced it was being made into an audiobook. The wide variety of characters in these stories are complex, and the narrators bring them to life exceedingly well in this portrayal.
Set in the fictional city of Calseth, this book is the first in a series that follows one very special girl as she becomes a priestess and strives to save her god. It has some steamy moments, some funny moments, but is at it’s heart a story about love and the different kinds of love there are - sexual, familial, and romantic.
I look forward to the rest of the series coming out!
