A Must Listen Series!

I cannot describe how much I loved this trilogy, it is now one of my top book series! I loved every twist, I loved the characters, I loved the settings, I loved the story telling, suspense and surprises! I loved the narration - Aaron was perfect and I loved listening to his telling Jonas's side of his story and his love and passion for the love of his life. I don't want to spoil anything and give anything away but if you like hot, romantic suspense stories then this is a must for you! I will definitely be reading more of Gina's work in the future!

Secrets & Twist Unravel!

Secret Enemy The Secret Series, Book 3 goes back and forth between past and present smoothly and provides Jonas thoughts. The grand finale of this suspenseful series unravels more secrets while interlacing more twists throughout the novel. The ending was perfect . I love the epilogue.

Narrator Aaron Shedlock performance was impeccable with a perfect pace and tone at all the right places. His voice was strong and able to capture all the ansgt moments.

Stunningly brilliant

WOW - I dont think i have loved and hated a story as much as I did this one!!! The twists and turns of this rollercoaster of emotions had me enthralled!!
What a stunningly amazing last book of the series.
Having it from Jonas's point of view seemed weird at first but with the flash backs to the past running along side the current times line it filled in all the blanks from his side of the story and more secrets are uncovered!!
I cant recommend this series strongly enough if you are looking for many hours of thrilling, intruiging and sexy story telling!!

Part 3 of 3

The storylines in the first two books had a very high level of drama with pretty predictable cliffhangers. This third book has all the drama of the first two, but there were actually some things to Jonas' side of the events in the first book that surprised me. I loved that this third book switched perspective, which is why I rated it higher than the first two in the series. You get to see Jonas's side of the events in the first book as well as additional events beyond the end of the second book. As the story progressed, I liked Jonas both more and less at the same time, and wasn't sure if I was rooting for Julia to end up with him or Luke. Whether or not I like the events of the story, if the character's actions matter to me, I appreciate what the author created. (And I was definitely not liking them when about 2 minutes into the book I discovered that there were even more secrets. Did Jonas learn nothing in the first two books?!)

Aaron Shedlock was a new narrator for me and I really liked his performance was great. I'd listen to more by him in the future.

HEA for Julia and Jonas

The best thing in this third and final instalment of the series was that Julia grew into that strong female lead character she was meant to be from the beginning. She lost herself quite a bit in the second book but definintely put herself back together for the grand finale. This time around Jonas was the incapable one stack with his juvenile fits of jealousy and accusations.

As this final story was told in Jonas's POV there was a lot of dialogues and parts repeated which was to be expected. What didn't impress me at all was those dialogues or happenings were mostly ones I've already read from Julia's POV not ones I wasn't privy to from previous books. So the amount of repetition vs new was disproportionate and did little to add new aspects or information about Jonas's personality. I also didn't understand why mostly the first book's story was repeated and showed through Jonas's eyes. So many things happened in book 2 I would have liked to understand the reasons of or the motivation behind.

Aaron Shedlock was a very good choice to narrate this book. He did a great job. The way he acted out the different accents was very enjoyable. He used a very low intimate tone at the most emotional parts of the story and brought to life Jonas's character amazingly.

Never wanted it to end!

This in my opinion was the best out of the three. Just the right amount of everything. I couldn't stop listening. Jonah and Julia will break your heart and then rebuild it.
