The year is 1969. Though there is war and unrest in the world, on August 15th, on a farm in upstate New York, a little concert will go down in history as the most famous music festival of our time: Woodstock. It also happens to be the day Bonnie McMillan and Peter Hampton meet and begin their free-spirited love-filled journey with each other. Fast forward 47 years. Ok, so going in to this book I had absolutely no idea what I was in for, I kind of got the idea it was going to be paranormal kind of read with a twist and I was right! Paranormal with a humorous twist. I’m a bit weird about the ‘after life’ so wasn’t sure if I would enjoy it but I have to say the book was such fun. It was only short (around 1 and ½ hours listening time) but that didn’t mean the story was lacking. The pace was fast, the writing good and I really enjoyed the characters. I certainly laughed out loud at some parts in the story. I thought that narration was really good, it was easy to listen to.

OMG!! What a way to take a great short book and make it better. I love how the narrator just brought this book to life. I really found that this added and made the story better. I could so picture the whole story in my mind.
I really like how the narrator uses expression and it really adds to it. I just love the fact that the story comes to life through the voices. I really could relax and get into listening.
A must listen!!!!
