About this listen

A vampire princess. A human. One drop of blood changed their lives forever.

Vampires had taken everything from Quinn Hogan during the war. She had spent her entire life hiding from them. The last thing Quinn wanted in life was to be matched to one.

Each human was required by law to enter the draft. Her name was randomly picked for submitting her blood sample. Chances of being chosen? A million to one. Luck had never been on her side.

Quinn matched with a vampire. Now she was being shipped off to some random vampire who would probably bleed her dry.

Velika Riskel didn't want a mate. As the warden of Northwest America, there was no time for her to take a mate. When the human arrived, she had planned to release her, but one look into Quinn's hazel eyes and all of that changed.

Velika and Quinn's relationship was doomed from the start. Velika was a seasoned warrior who wasn't afraid of challenges. The vampire princess was determined to win Quinn's heart, defend her against a rival, and then claim her.

Vampires, Lycans, civil war and hot humans! What more could you want from a book. The narration just brings it all to life so to speak. Really worth a listen!

I absolutely recommend this audio book with its biting storyline of vampires.❤
A lesbian romance and how humans and vampires interact and fall in love. All brought to life expertly with great narration.

Fantastic story.

I feel like this story had great potential and I liked the idea of the story but I did find it lacking in depth I agree that there only needed to be one narrator not two and one narrator was better narrating than the other
I also feel like the was slightly too much steam in certain parts ( don't get me wrong I love some steam) at some points in the story I just feel like it was nothing but them getting it on constantly which takes the sentiment out of it and just left me feeling o here we go again

story had great potential

Not as good as I thought it would be. The story was flimsy and had no depth. I have no idea why two narrators were used, especially when the 'best' narrator was used so little. The 'main' narrator did not do a good job, the whole thing would of been better if more attention had been paid to the storytelling.

Not as good..........

The theme of this story was really good and had so much potential that is unfortunately did not live up to.
The writing was jarring and although may work if read did not when being listened to

I understand why there were two narrators used but sadly one of them was just awful. Not something I would normally say as it’s a bit harsh but listening to them was akin to listening to your satnav.

Over all I was highly disappointed.

Jarring written
