I remember as a child my very well intentioned mother was always telling me that I could do anything men could do, and do it better. The seed was planted and that developed into an addiction to perfection & linear logical accomplishments. Now, I am not against achievements, it is in fact a pillar of flourishing in Positive Psychology. The problem is that we are deeply conditioned to chase things that were never ours in the first place, draining vital life force energy.

In this episode I follow some threads as I discuss feminine & masculine energy, how addiction to perfection is slowly killing us, and how to begin breaking the pattern.

In this episode I bring up some issues that I have witnessed, and experienced, within the new age spiritual age. And, if I am being honest, I myself have been hesitant to bring up out of fear of people thinking that I feel I am better than others, or people doing the exact thing that I know will happen.... just accusing me of being "low vibe" or "a hater".

I feel the spiritual space holds SO much power to do great things in this world. And I believe the women in this space hold SO much power to do amazing things in this world. It's time women are no longer afraid to use their voices for things that can create real change in this world, rather than just holding vibes.

So, I do not speak in this episode from a place of being better than others. I believe so many feel the same and desire to speak out as well, yet are afraid.
