  • Expectations vs Reality...OR NOT?
    Oct 27 2022

The saying, "Expect nothing and you would never get disappointed" is something I have for a very long time disagreed with. In my opinion and realistically speaking, we can only go through life TRYING to stay detached from our expectations. We can only learn from the disappointments and give ourselves grace to try again.

I would love to know what you think.

  • Learning the art of detachment
    Oct 13 2022

Practicing and learning detachment has been a very tough journey for me, especially watching how social media makes it look so easy. I had to learn to take it slow and give myself grace as I let go of some things in my life to practice the art of detachment.

    Sep 29 2022

Hey guys, I had to take a break because I was burnt out and overwhelmed from work.

Today's episode is about my single life and what I have learnt while navigating being single and dating around. Learning about attachment styles has helped me not entertain any incompatible connections. I would love to know what you all think about attachment styles and how it has helped you navigate your single, dating or relationship life.

As you can imagine, my mindset has changed. Now I am learning to live my life with less force and more flow, and learning how to take closed doors as a lesson. In this episode, I share how I journeyed through this phase and lessons on living in flow.

  • Forgiving yourself and letting go of guilt and shame.
    Aug 18 2022

In today's episode, I talk about how to let go of shame and guilt by forgiving yourself and finding peace within yourself.

Unforgiveness can cause us to feel resentment, and hold a grudge with ourselves, which can significantly affect our mental health.

If you loved this episode, please leave a review, even an emoji would be great. This helps me get discovered by new listeners. I love and appreciate you all.
